There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was overlooking Sarande bay. Our room was spotless clean, new fixtures and fittings. A good size bathroom, very good shower and new. The balcony tho small had a fabulous view of the bay. The staff were friendly and approachable. The two ladies who made breakfast on the rooftop terrace couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety for all tastes.

Nothing, can't fault the hotel at all.

Location was perfect right on the promenade close to the port. Room was lovely, noise cancelling so couldn't hear any noise off the promenade. The terrace for breakfast was lovely!

The breakfast was incredible. Everything from cereal fresh fruits, eggs, crepes, and daily home baked treats that changed daily. It really was exceptional. And the view from the breakfast terrace is incredible.

Parking nearby can be difficult.

We really liked our stay here, everything worked as expected. Friendly staff, good beds, great air conditioning, shower, everything seemed brand new. Highly recommended.

You do need to use the street entrance to get into the hotel. So if you have a bunch of rolling luggage it’s going to be a little trek. But I understand this keeps the hotel more secure so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Beautiful hotel with updated, modern, clean rooms & wonderful AC! The location is literally less than 5 mins from the port & next to all the restaurants/bars along the promenade.

Driving to the hotel and then parking was a little tricky but manageable

The location is perfect and the views from our hotel room were spectacular. There was a wide range of breakfast items and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for more!

Nothing to add. Just that we would have preferred 1 large bed instead of 2 singles ones.

Staff was very nice and attentive. Beds were comfortable, big smart TV in the room, fridge and boiler. Breakfast had many options, including fresh eggs (they made them however you requested them at the time), and it was in the rooftop with an amazing view

Bathroom was on the small size but still manageable. Bit of a walk to a decent beach (Era) was ok for us as our 4 year old doesn’t mind walking but may not work for other families

Staff were very friendly, helped with the parking right out front. Rooms were clean, comfy and provided everything we needed with nice view out to sea. Location is great, easy to walk to everywhere from there. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, made to order and the view from the terrace was lovely! Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night, there was a festival on and music was very loud and even with windows and doors closed could hear it, stopped around midnight. We wouldn’t have minded as it’s something that’s expected as it’s so close to bars and restaurants but happened to have an early ferry to catch.

Breakfast balcony had a stunning view of the sea, it was a pleasure to sit there with a delicious breakfast. Omelette made freshly. Room was a good size with view of sea.

Everything was great, the rooms are nice and clean, freshly renovated and the staff is really helpful. The hotel is located almost in the city center so it can be noisy sometimes but we did not mind. The breakfast is on rooftop with the view on the sea.

The guy at the reception was extremly friendly and helpful. We could park right in front of the hotel, which is directly located at the seafront. The room was clean and and had a small balcony with sea view. The roof top terrace was even better with a view on the whole bay.

Everything was perfect: the location, the staff was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Arbri, Stefanie and Ana were lovely with me, they were always ready to go the extra mile for me. The room was small but modern and clean and the view was beautiful. Having breakfast at the terrace was one of my favourite parts of the day because the view was stunning.

I can not find anything.

There is so many things I liked in hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. View to the sea was spectacular! Breakfast always fresh and served by polite young lady. Location is perfect to explore Saranda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Big plus is also late check out, which gives you and opportunity to have a good night sleep on the last day.
