This stay was phenomenal. Well we went for a few days to sarande but on arrival my partner and i fell sick and had to be rushed to the hospital (nothing to do with our stay at the hotel). The staff here were exceptional. They are the true definition of great customer service and going above and beyond. The manager accompanied us to the hospital in the ambulance while we were so unwell, he stayed with us at the hospital and cared for two strangers. He has truly changed my perception of good people in this world and he deserves so much more recognition than this review. He spoke to all the doctors for us, he went to the pharmacy for us to pick up our medicine and he constantly checked up on us while we stayed there after the hospital visit. Further to this the reception staff were amazing, they would call and check up on us numerous times. This is deeply appreciated and made our stay so much better. We genuinely cannot thank them enough and i HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Everything! Modern, clean, stylish facility. Most of all, The service was topnotch. Everyone from front desk to cleaning staff, were friendly, welcoming and cordial. To top it off, we were given a parting gift! Never received that from a hotel! Excellent!

1. there is a slope which is probably 45 or even 60 degrees not far from the hotel, which does requires a bit of driving skill. We always worried we might fall off from there. 2. We first stayed at room 202, which is really small, and it unfortunately faces a construction site, but with the sea view on the right side. Maybe because of the direction of room or sth, we feel super stuffy and uncomfortable. Also because down there is parking lot, we can hear every guest in and out. Also the noise which other guest walk around in the hallway is a bit disturbing. Highly recommend room 404 or 403, higher floor, at the end of the hallway, very quite, but still can hear a teeny tiny bit music on balcony from city center, great vibe!

10/10 for room 404! Amazing view, room is very big, except normal big bed, it also got a round sofa. receptionists are super nice and helpful, they offered us welcome juice and also give us goodbye present. Good location, 10 mins walking to city center.

I amazed with the staff’s behaviour and they are really helpful. They welcome us with the cold drinks and also they gave a gift packet when everyone is checking out. Specially the manager helps us to recommend the good restaurants and dropped off us as well. The room was tidy and clean.

Great hotel with good service. The room was cozy and with everything we needed. Also they changed towels every day. Beautiful view of the sea from the room. Very friendly staff. Great view at breakfasts on the sea. The mood is assured. The staff offered to drive us to the bus for free and also gave us a gift on check out😊 We enjoyed our week vacation at this hotel. It is a 20 minute walk to the center. There are good beaches and restaurants nearby. Also bus station to Ksamil is near. The hotel is a bit on the hill and some may find it difficult to climb, but for us it wasn't a problem. Breakfasts were good but lacking a bit of variety.

The staff and their friendly behaviour was the best part of the hotel. They were really helpful and helped us with Everthing. They also offered us a free ride to the bus station during our check out. And not forgetting a gift from the hotel to us 😀

The doors to the rooms made alarm like noises whenever they didn’t closed correct, which was annoying when people were opening/closing doors in the middle of the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was absolutely lovely, especially the view from the window. The breakfast was fantastic, but what really stood out was the friendliness of your staff. They were incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions and even assisted us when we had a flat tire. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Possibly the hill up to the hotel was tricky to tackle when bringing luggage up. We were fine but other travellers may find this tricky.

We loved our stay in Hotel Teuta. Despite only staying for one night, the staff couldn't have been more attentive and friendly to us. The receptionist provided us with refreshments on arrival, and provided us with recommendations. In the evening, we were greeted by a staff member who chatted to us about our plans for the next day & advised us on transport. They kindly offered to keep our bags and even arranged the hotel car to drop us to our bus. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed; lovely bed, great shower, excellent Wi-Fi, tv with streaming services & a safe. Breakfast had plenty of options. We wish we stayed longer!!

Choosing Hotel Teuta for our 3 nights stay in Saranda was the best decision we could have made to enjoy every aspect of our trip. The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly, especially Adi, Angela, the young man at reception, the night staff, and even the ladies who prepared breakfast. Adi, in particular, went above and beyond to support us from day one. The location was incredible, featuring breathtaking views from the hotel and It was exceptionally clean. As a thoughtful touch, we were given a gift pack upon checkout, which made the experience even more emotional and memorable. Highly recommended! 😇😇

The hotel is at the top of the hill with steep steps so wouldn't suit anyone less mobile.

The staff were so good, honestly if I could have bottled them and taken them to every hotel I stay at I would have done. From the friendly reception to the advice and help to find the right places to eat at they couldn't have done more. The room was comfortable with a decent tv and minibar, fairly small as rooms go but everything worked and the rainfall shower was very good. We were also presented with a gift bag on leaving which was a really nice suprise.

The room was lovely with a great view. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made great recommendations of where to go. Riseld especially was really friendly and welcoming and was a credit to the hotel, it was pouring raining when we arrived and we couldn’t find the hotel entrance and he came out in the rain to show us the way. Close to restaurants while still being quiet at night.

The view is amazing, and very close to the beach and restaurants. Don’t worry about the stairs or going up the hill, if you want some amazing views it’s perfectly doable. Staff is super friendly and helpful
