I liked the hotel very much, attentive polite staff, clean rooms, gorgeous view from the room to the sea. We had a double room with a balcony and a view to the sea. It was possible to see a very beautiful sunset. And very tasty breakfasts, a large selection.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an absolutely excellent experience at this hotel. The room had a stunning sea view and was impeccably clean. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They truly made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and very tasty – a perfect start to each day. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday. I will definitely stay here again for my next vacation!

The hotel is to be commended. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is perfect, every morning it was different and delicious. The view from the room is phenomenal. There are many restaurants and markets near the hotel, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center. We will definitely come again.

It would have been good to have a hotel supplied Kettle in our room but as we knew there was not one we brought our own Travel kettle, Martin did tell me the hotel could supply a kettle if we had asked for one.

The Agel hotel had just opened for the 2025 summer season and Martin and the staff were super attentive. Instead of the usual buffet breakfast we received a plated full breakfast with coffee or tea. We chose to eat on the terrace for breakfast and our evening meal and table settings were quickly set up outside. We received a WhatsApp daily giving us a choice for our evening meal. Vegetarian meals were very tasty. The view over to Corfu from our 3rd floor room was excellent with no high building in front of us. Private off road parking was easily available right outside the hotel.

Hotel rooms are older, but all was functional.

Nice small hotel in calm part of Sarande. We had a room with beautiful view over sea. Close to the beach and centre with restaurants. Really good breakfast and nice staff.

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, friendly and helpful! The location was excellent, a bit away from the party scene. The sunset view from our room was beautiful. The bathroom was a nice size. The staff was kind enough to let us sample raki!

I liked everything

The Hotel had an elevator which was really helpful. The hotel staff was helpful and they made us feel really great during our stay. The Hotel had enough parking space for our car. The view was great in our room. Sarande town is preaty close and Bistrica beach is also very close to the hotel.

Thw only down side was the fridge which was quite noisy and we just unplugged it. But other than this minor thing, everything was excellent.

We were greeted by the hotel staff, who helped us with the luggage and gave us bottles of cold water. They were very nice and supee helpful throughout our stay. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Even if it seems quite close to the main road, we did not hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was also nice in the mornings.

Everything was amazing.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Such friendly and helpful young people. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful sea view. Breakfast buffet was very ample and delicious. The location is a bit far from the centre of town so a bit more quiet with a lovely public beach just across the road. We'd highly recommend staying here!

The room was nice, big and clean. Parking space for free in front of the hotel. Breakfast was great, and the personal very nice and very helpfull. The location also very nice, many possibilities of trips around to find beatifull places. I recommend this place for your holiday, definitely we are comming back for sure. Maybe a swimming pool in the hotel would have made it better.

The breakfast was great, many things to choose from. One great thing was that the members of staff were always very kind and helpful, assisting with everything and giving us valuable suggestions for places to go during our stay. Also, the beds were comfortable.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Every inch of the hotel is spotless and you have this incredible sea view. Rooms get cleaned daily and they have a laundry service too (don’t find many of these in Albania) The staff can’t do enough for you, always greeting you with a simile. We loved the hotel and wonderful stall and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering to stay here. It’s a nice and quiet and away from all the hussle and bussle from the very busy centre. Lovely breakfast too.
