We did 3 days here and we loved that fact it was located very next to the sea with a very pleasant sea views. Also, the staff was very careful and well mannered and if we had any inconveniences they resolved the problem.

Perfect location at the more quiet part of Sarandë Port by the Ferry Terminal. Great view of the bay. Very clean, comfortable room and a beautiful rooftop terrace where breakfast is served. And most importantly a very friendly and helpful staff! Thanks for everything!

Is in center of sarande.. it was smaller accommodation without the pool.. nothing wrong but again depending what u are after.. for this location everything was 👍 okay

Depending what u looking for .. I was looking for good place to stay in center in okay price and I got it. Clean. Comfy bed and most importantly the owner was super friendly. It felt more like visiting family rather than staying in the hotel. Also the owner was so kind so kind to put personal touch and prepare nice birthday decorations in the room.. very special

Nothing this hotel is absolutely fantastic, the only minor issue was that the WiFi didn't work throughout our stay but don't let that put you off as I am sure it will be resolved very soon.

Hotel is brand new with very modern decor, We loved the small business/interaction with the ownership as we seen the owner a couple of times a day which made us feel like we were supporting a local business and not a huge hotel chain, Rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned every day, Very reasonably priced, Enjoyable breakfast with a view every morning, Fantastic location a stones throw away from the main promenade of Sarande and the ferry terminal to Corfu, Very comfortable bed, Good air conditioning.

Our only minor criticism would be that the hot food items at breakfast were not really hot (they were still good though!)

Erik was an exceptional host who was really helpful whenever we needed help with anything related to the hotel or to activities we wanted to do in Sarandë and the surrounding area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also very good. The location is excellent as it’s just off the main promenade but is down a quiet side street so you don’t experience any of the nighttime noise. The rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served was very nice and offered great views. The breakfast itself was good too and varied slightly from day to day. Thanks for a great stay Erik and staff!

The room and property were very clean, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable to stay in. The room and bathroom are very modern, AC works perfectly and everything is new. Erik is such a friendly, wonderful owner who catered to our every need, I’m not sure he ever sleeps! They went above and beyond for our anniversary decorations too! Breakfast was great every morning and I don’t have any faults with this hotel, we will definitely return!
