Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

OmanThe Views @61 restaurant was closed for maintenance, which was a big disappointment for us. The views from the rooms were worthy; on both sides, Sheikh Khalifa road and Jumeirah Beach. Room are spacious.
The location is amazing. Right next to Emirates towers metro station which can be used for reaching most of the attractions in Dubai. The Museum of the Future is just with walking distance. The breakfast buffet includes many varies and can meet different tastes. The staff are very welcoming cooperative and extremely friendly. The parking service was excellent. They park the car on the way in and out. The reception people are all amazing. RADIA and THE are very friendly and helpful. We definitely are going back the this hotel.

I had some car problems to deal with the night after I arrived at Tower Plaza. I was treated with great care and support to deal with the issues by guest relations manager Mina and his team. Everyone helped me through out my stay at the hotel. Osman, the concierge manager and the duty manager stayed patient and always professional with me. I want thank everyone at the hotel for their courtesy and professionalism - Mina, Osman, Riyyaz, Ashok Amir, Thet, Anglina. Will definitely visit again. Location of the hotel is excellent, metro station a few metres away and plenty of good options within walking distance.

UkraineGreat location, very close to the metro station, few metro stops to Burj Khalifa. We had great view from the windows. The breakfast and dinner were great. The pool was not big but nice. I had birthday when i stayed there so they giften me a little cake, it was a nice surprise. We had great stay, i would recommend it. The stuff was nice and helpful. They helped us with bags and taxi when we checked out.

JapanThere was a day when we asked for a toothbrush several times and it didn't arrive promptly—but everyone was so sweet that we could forgive it. We booked a twin room, but we found a double bed with a small mattress—why was that? Does the hotel even offer true twin rooms? Still, we really have no major complaints. The staff were kind, and it was just a decent, pleasant hotel overall.
Thank you to the restaurant staff for being so kind and affectionate toward our child. I apologize if our child seemed shy or unfriendly. We’d also like to thank the housekeeper—especially the staff member from the Philippines whom we spoke to on our first day—who was incredibly kind and took excellent care of us. The view from the high floor was amazing as well.
