United StatesBeautiful views from the luxury tent we were generously upgraded to for our 2-night stay! We cannot say enough good things about the wonderful and helpful staff, the great breakfast brought straight to the balcony each morning, the thoughtful layout and amenities, the incredible copper soaking tub with hot water and rainshower overlooking the jungle (and ANOTHER rainshower on the balcony!!) and the amazing variety of birds and bats we saw from our perch over the rock islands. So grateful. We will be back as soon as our travels allow!

United StatesI really liked how attentive the front desk staff was to our needs. It was disheartening to have to move rooms twice, but they did their best to make the situation right. They then offered to pay for our airport transportation to make up for the inconvenience, so that was a nice gesture. They also helped us book a rental car which was much appreciated.
