Big room, pool is great and location, if you have already seen Georgetown and want something else, is great: nice local medium / upscale area with food and services that go along. Excellent food options and grocery shops + food court in front..... I did 2 night in GEorgetown, then came here, great great!

It was late on Friday but Syahiir managed to upgrade us to a junior suite in Rasa Wing. The room and amenities were well suited to our needs. The privileges that we received were absolutely delightful. We would like to acknowledge the housekeeping services provided by Abu Hasan. He provided customer services of the highest standards. We will definitely stay at this facility when we visit Penang next time!
