I was a very pleasant stay. Nice and courteous staff. Evening complimentary tea / coffee with snacks, complimentary cruise in backwaters and small cultural dance is an icing on the cake.

Phenomenal management, staff, and and even better property made for one of the best stays we've ever had. Milton, his team, and the chef made us feel welcome, and treated us like Royalty. The home succeeded in transporting us to a different time, with breathtaking water viewers, unmatched privacy, delectable Kerala business, and a tastefully decorated home away from home. It also helps that the whole home is booked in the reservation - privacy and staff attention is great. Even (or perhaps especially) for people from Kerala, this was an authentic experience from start to end - one that cannot be attained in a hotel or homestay.

Beautiful setting. The entrance does not give away the wonderful property. Independent bungalows set among a local fruit orchard and overlooking the river. Lots of parking facilities. Excellent staff service. Delbreakfast spread and dinner options.

We are two young women from NZ who stayed here for our first two nights in India, on our first visit to this beautiful country. We were a bit nervous, but the extremely hospitable and helpful staff made everything wonderful for us, from organising us yoga mats for our rooms, to arranging the awesome taxi driver Manu to drive us around for 3 days. The views of the waterways and fishing nets from the resort grounds were beautiful. The Riverside Grill across the road was delicious and incredible value, and the facilities were lovely and clean. Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect. The staff is lovely and caring, the room was big and clean, the building is really charming and authentic and the food was delicious. We will definitely use this hotel again if we are lucky enough to come back to Cochin.
