The location is excellent, great views from the pool and restaurant. Staff was very responsive and made our stay very pleasant. Atalaya restaurant was solid and affordable and we ate there many times, but there are actually really good local restaurants nearby too. Atalaya Villas is very calm and peaceful location which we appreciated a lot. Atalaya's dogs were also really friendly :)

The room decoration was great, the pool was relaxing and it was in general very relaxing.

I was looking for a place to relax and the Semaya Beach Resort perfectly matched my need. The rooms are luxurious with a spectacular view and the central body of the hotel provides you with all you need. Besides the room (taking a bath overlooking the sea is priceless :-)), I loved the swimming pool and the small SPA that provides very high quality massages. The hotel has also organized for me a snorkelling trip as Nusa Penida is well known for the presence of manta rays. P.S. If you want to avoid the chaos of the Banjar Nyuh harbour, I highly recommend reaching Nusa Penida via the Sampalan Beach harbour.

We felt welcome from the beginning to the end. When you enter your room, you feel amazed by it's beauty, and the unexpected ocean view overlooking a big part of Bali. It is even more beautifull than on the pictures. We loved the cooperation between the 2 hotels Mambo Hill and Mambo Beach, and the free shuttle service. Mambo Beach is on a beautifull beach and has amazing snorkeling possibilities, fishes and coloured coral right from the beach Good food and drinks, it has a perfect beach vibe. Personnel is very friendly and most willing to help and make you have a perfect stay. From arranging the collection at the port of arrival, till the drop off at the departure port. A big thank to the full team! Amazing service, we have never experienced this before. We would love to come back, and we highly recommend this place

The location of the resort and pool is stunning! Rooms are beautiful. We did snorkelling with the Dive Center - which was great - and cooking class! All excellent 😊

Had an amazing stay at Maua. Probably the best hotel, with the best views, I’ve ever been at. The pictures online doesn’t do this place justice. Looks so much better in real life. Got an upgrade to a Pool villa, and it was the most beautiful hotel room, I’ve ever stayed in. If you ever stay here, get the room with the private pool! Its worth it. Staff was great, got a really good massage at the spa, great food at the restaurant. 10/10 can’t recommend enough if you’re ever visiting Nusa Penida

If you want to have a calm retreat in a middle of jungle this place is just right for you. We were very happy with our stay for several things: - we could not come as planned on the first day due to food poisoning and we decided to stay one more night in Canggu, however the staff were very nice to make modifications of our reservation on the same day - very short notice - Shery was extremely helpful and pleasant. Everything we needed in Nusa Penida we booked through hotel and could not be more happier. We asked for a pick up from the harbor as well as the drop off afterwards, it was easily arranged and even gave some advises on the time. We also booked east and west tours suggested by the hotel and visited all the places we planned initially and some additional. Everything we asked was provided in an extremely efficient and pleasant manner - Our driver Putu was excellent from the very first trip (the pick up), later the tours and afterwards the drop off at the harbor. Nusa Penida is really dificult to drive for the tourists, unless you do not care for the time you will spend driving by yourself. Therefore we were extremely happy as we visited everything we wanted in a quick and safe manner and even managed to spare some time than it was planned originaly. Vardas was also very kind and nice, we got some additional information about the locals there - Balinese massage is nice. My husband and I tried it twice. Our suggestion would be, if the massage is going to take place later in the evening (8-9 p.m. in our case), schedule it directly in your room. Usually it is in an open space and in the evenings it might be chilly and less relaxing - Food in the restaurant is good. I especially enjoyed breakfast menu - Room was very clean and tidy. What I liked the most, even if the bathroom is open, there were no unpleasant living beings such as lizards or frogs. I could not say the same about other places we stayed

Perfect rooms, perfect location - right on a small beach, with waters full of corals (there are boats coming here for snorkeling every day). An oasis of tranquility. Very nice and friendly staff!
