I would say much cleaner than the average Czech accommodation we have booked lately.
In the bathroom you have towels, hairdryer, hand soap and even shampoo and shower gel, which many accommodations don't provide.
We could have dinner on the spot, and with 180kč in addition per person we got a filling and varied breakfast delivered upstairs in the common kitchen.
They let us store the bikes in the hallway inside the building for the night, which is a great plus.
We felt welcomed and taken care of.
