Very easy and friendly check in. Did the online check in so when I arrived everything was ready. Room was large, clean and modern. Lovely big shower with complimentary toiletries. Lots of plugs for charging things (important when there's four of you with phones etc!). Fantastic location - a mere few minutes drive to Universal Studios. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free parking - always a bonus! Excellent value for money.

    Very clean and neat city. Good environment and secure even in midnight anyone can move around. Purchase household from 7/11 at you r convenience. Excellent for tourism, many good places like NASA and Wonder worlds good for children if they want to visit Disney world different sections etc..

    I love coming to Kissimmee. It has everything!

    I love coming to Kissimmee. It has everything! It's close to Disney, there are plenty of places to eat, you have Old Town amusement park, there are highways that take you straight to Universal Studios and Sea World, hundreds of hotels to choose from, shops, flea markets.... I could go on and on.

    My husband and I love spending time by the pool we cooked...

    My husband and I love spending time by the pool we cooked together like we used to right now. I’m at my Mom‘s house taking care of my parents so it’s nice to get away once in a while. We’re also why we’re there looking at homes so it’s in the perfect spot we had a really good time like I said the only thing I didn’t like is when I came in the hotel was dirty. She wept only the bathroom and swept it to the kitchen. She swept a little bit of the big area and then swept that onto my master suite. Never swept never vacuumed. Nothing we stayed there another week she came back. She did the same thing. No dusting did the same thing was sweeping everything on the carpet but never vacuumed it up. Never change the garbage is That part? I didn’t like it. All your cleaning people need to get better and and I will be staying again so I would like to see that may improve a little bit. That’s all other than that. This place is awesome.

    Kissimmee is a great place for families of all ages.

    Kissimmee is a great place for families of all ages. The access to Disney and Universal is great and simple to get to. There are all of the fast food places as well as delicious sit-downs like Texas Roadhouse, which is a family favorite for us. There are so many attractions, live music events and free events around every corner. The traffic is terrible and getting around can be complicated for a first timer, but if you stay in the outskirts and can avoid the highways, life is easy.

    This was by far the worst experience I have ever had big...

    This was by far the worst experience I have ever had big pool was nir open under construction the whole hotel and we were not told that very loud. Got the hotel that day for the water park and was not able to go at all it was closed as well I spent 180.00 for one night and had to pay for parking and there was no where to park. The worst!

    This is an excellent location if you're looking to stay near...

    This is an excellent location if you're looking to stay near the Disney Parks and Premium Outlets. It's about a 30-minute drive from Orlando Airport, but it's well worth it if your main plans include shopping and visiting Disney.
