The hotel room was small, but was clean and had AC and a pool and hot water. Breakfast was available for 10 euros extra. The staff was friendly and helped us find Taxis into town and the airport. There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport. They let us have a late check out for 20 euros extra.

Loved this small boutique hotel. Run by a dedicated family since its inception and it has everything you need in a hotel. The service is beyond exceptional. The wifi, air conditioning, showers, large rooms, and continental breakfast are perfect and the location is within walking distance of many restaurants and local sites. They even have a small bar with a great selection and my favourite , São Tomé national beer. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was fantastic! Best value for money comparing it to all the other accommodation in Sao Tome after a 3 week stay. Best and most beautiful swimming pool you will find all set in a lovely peaceful premises in the city. Little piece of paradise. The gym needs some maintenance but have a lot of equipment.

The rooms and spacious and clean, with nice en-suite bathroom. We were able to exchange some euros into dobras as well, which was very handy! There was also a delicious breakfast for us the next morning, with fresh bread, fruits, eggs and butter and delicious coffee and tea.
