Cochin is a beautiful city.
Cochin is a beautiful city. The first night I booked is Broadbean Hotel which is horrible experience. I paid 6944 INB for a deluxe room. However, the room condition is really disaster. That is my review i put on the trip advisor: I have never had such a terrible hotel experience. Before I arrived in Cochi, my tour guide recommended this hotel to me and suggested booking a deluxe room. After booking it online, I told the hotel I wanted two single beds. The hotel replied saying it would cost extra, and I agreed to pay. However, upon check-in, there was still only one bed. Communication was useless, and I had no choice but to give up. The room was extremely small, and the entire place was filled with a strong curry smell, so overpowering it made it hard to breathe. They provided only one dirty bath towel for two people, no face towels, the electric kettle didn’t work, and the bedside plug was broken. And the fruit flies in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best—the coffee and tea were both lukewarm. And the most ridiculous part: when checking out in the morning, the hotel didn’t accept any credit cards, only Indian cards or cash. Unbelievable! How can a hotel in a tourist city not accept credit cards? I have no idea how this hotel could possibly have five-star reviews. Definitely the most bizarre hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend this hotel to any international travellers.Guest review byHeNew Zealand - 10.0

Trivandrum is an excellent city overall.
Trivandrum is an excellent city overall. Nice eateries, a lot of culture and tourist attractions. Poovar, ponmudi and lots of museums, temples etc for the inclined. I love the tasty food at the many renowned eateries In Trivandrum, there are options for everyone. Shree Arul Jyothi is a must try for breakfast, Mothers restaurant for the traditional Kerala sadhya for lunch, Coffee at Shree Guruvayoorappan hotel and Asad star for its delicious biriyani. You People are basically very nice, they can be a bit loud but very warm. If you want to drive yourself and you are new here, you wouldn’t enjoy much. Roads are very narrow, even main roads. Parking is non-existent. Not at all pedestrian friendly, drivers are alien to the concept of zebra crossing and priority for pedestrians, they even bloody honk at you if you are on a zebra crossing. Police turns a blind eye to all the parking on pedestrian walkways.Guest review byJibinQatar - 10.0

It is a beautiful place with plenty of beaches, greenery, small town shops, water sports and the most beautiful mangroves. There are also nice places like the Jatayu Park and the Shri Narayana Guru Samadhi and ancient temples that are a treat to visit.Guest review byMaliniIndia - 8.0
The beach can get crowded in the evenings.
The beach can get crowded in the evenings. The traffic snarl is a let down. The food scene is great especially if you are not a strict vegetarian. 'Adaminte chai kada' near the beach is a quaint restaurant with quirky and interesting interior and some great local snack and food.Guest review byJay - 10.0
Guruvayur is mainly famous for Shri Krishna temple.
Guruvayur is mainly famous for Shri Krishna temple. This is a must visit place. However, there are many other places to visit like Temples, marine aquarium, backwater boating, beaches and other places. There are many options for vegetarian food near the temple. If you have a vehicle, movement is easy.Guest review bySumitIndia - 10.0

We reached Kannur by a Nashik - Bangaluru - Kannur flight by 9.00 pm. It was a pleasant surprise to see the sea so near the property. The stay was very comfortable in the cozy villa by the sea. The pre monsoon wild sea was a sight to be experienced. The food prepared specially for us by the caretaker Mr.Reddy was out of the world. We visited the St Angelo Fort, The museum, The lake temple, and experienced an authentic Kerala massage at Swasthya Ayurvedic Spa.Guest review bysar12India
