It's a lovely quiet village and the people are very friendly. We had a really nice time in the local pub meeting up with some of my husband's relatives. Although it rained a lot while we were there it didn't dampen our mood.Guest review byChrissieUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Hasn’t changed since childhood holidays 48 years ago!
Hasn’t changed since childhood holidays 48 years ago! People still very friendly and welcoming. Love the quick wit and sense of humour. Great village-style choice of pubs, food shopping, restaurants and gift shops. Sense of a real and supportive community. Everyone flexible and willing to help. Easy access from village to multiple sports and beautiful views.Guest review byAnderleyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
I had a wonderful, if too short, stay.
I had a wonderful, if too short, stay. I used the outdoor pool and the hot tubs. Had a five star dinner with wonderful service. The staff are all amazing. An amazing nights sleep on the most comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with so much choice and then it was off home for us :)Guest review bySusanIreland - 10.0

It is a beautiful village on what feels like the edge of the world, surrounded by beautiful beaches, wonderful nature colours in a perfect setting. Perfect for group, family or solo trips. Great variety of pubs and eating choices in Roundstone village itself. I will be back for another visit and I will recommend to my friends too. Its a long drive over from Dublin but 100% worth itGuest review byAdrienneIreland - 10.0

Lettergesh, Glasilaun and Dogs Bay beaches are all beautiful. Connemare National park / Diamond Hill walk are great for exercise and scenery, (weather permitting). If the weather lets you down, head for the pub for a nice quite pint.Guest review byRobertIreland - 10.0
What a wonderful place to visit.
What a wonderful place to visit. Stunning views, beautiful walks very well mapped out. The most unbelievable landscape with fabulous beaches. Very friendly natives, it made me realise just how beautiful Ireland is and all it has to offer. I would encourage more people to holiday in Ireland. Very easy to get around the island and some lovely restaurants. People of Inishboffin could not be more helpful. Some great activities from Sauna, Hot Tubs. Great Bike hire. I would definitely go back.Guest review byChristinaIreland - 10.0
Very small location, but very picturesque.
Very small location, but very picturesque. Ideally located to explore the surrounding area, including Clifden and Connemara National Park. Due to size of location only a small amount of local amenities but still very good quality.Guest review byRoisinUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Clifden is a small but mighty town in west of Ireland.
Clifden is a small but mighty town in west of Ireland. Some great pubs with fantastic live music in the evenings and nighttime. Must mention Ravis and Lowrys in particular. Only downside is very little options for breakfast earlier than 9.30/10am at weekends which surprised us!Guest review byAiméeIreland - 10.0
