Tallinn is not a tourist destination.
Tallinn is not a tourist destination. Outside of the old town there are zero, and inside the old town, half of them are gone by nightfall on their way back to their cruise ships. It also has a love affair with Italy. Everywhere you go you see pizzerias, pasta shops, etc. If you want Estonian food, you better look for it at lunch. You certainly won't find it for dinner and even they don't seem to know what Estonian food is.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 8.0

We came to attend the brilliant classical music festival and explore the area. It would also be a good destination for a family or group of friends because of the beach and the numerous cafes and restaurants.Guest review byGerdaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The best place to stay in as there are many restaurants and cafes and we also caught the opera festival which was a really great added value. Sareemaa can be easily discovered from Kuressaare. The museum in the castle thoroughly describes Sareemaa’s history.Guest review byTündeHungary - 10.0

the visit is different depending on the season of the year. during the summer it is a beach vacation with a lot of people visiting the city. during the off season the place is a bit more deserted, but not completely empty very scenic views and great air, wonderful place to relax and unwind there are several Hotels and SPAs that you can stay in and enjoy even more relaxation and saunas Narva-Jõesuu is different from what it was 5-10 years ago and happy to see it actually improving. there is still plenty to be doneGuest review byStanislavEstonia - 10.0
Loved this place - everything you need on a camping site.
Loved this place - everything you need on a camping site. Great kitchen area, houses, toilets, even a good coffee machine in the check-in desk! The only thing was the outside pool was very unclean which was a shame, we would have enjoyed a swim there.Guest review byJanetEstonia - 10.0

Kärdla is a nice and well-maintained small town with several supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and a great beach. I can recommend the Rannapaargu restaurant; it is located right on the seafront with a terrace and delicious European cuisine.Guest review byEdvinsLatvia - 8.0

Kõrgessaare is a perfect place to explore the island, Tahkuna and Kõpu lighthouses, island main city Kärdla and other places. Kõrgessaare has got a trendy cafe-exposition hall-biketrack and many cultural events. The beaches are not far away. Better to have the trip with a car.Guest review byDianaEstonia - 4.0
Great location, but really dirty and out of date.
Great location, but really dirty and out of date. I don't mind the Soviet time architecture, but broken lamps, bad window shades, dirty shower and toilet facilities - these leave one with feeling dirtier than before your stay.Guest review byKaireEstonia - 8.0

Tallin is a nice place to visit, with a nice mix of modern and traditional European architecture. The food is affordable; the public transport is also good but their app Pileet.ee is not user friendly.Guest review byBhattacharyaSweden
