Amazing views, from echo point of the 3 sisters.

Amazing views, from echo point of the 3 sisters. We were going to visit scenic world but did the Katoomba falls walk instead. Whilst I’m sure the ride on the cable car and funicular would be amazing you get excellent views for free doing the walk. Also recommend Wentworth falls if you like hiking. Lots of steps so be prepared for the exercise .

Leura is conveniently located and within a short walking distance to the vast number of cafes, shops and restaurants. Coffee shops were very appealing, cozy and warm with staff friendly and helpful. A short car drive to Katoomba, the majestic blue mountains and the Everglades gardens. A truly romantic spot for a great, relaxing getaway.

Motel is in a good location and is clean and well presented. However, the shower door won’t close and the shower head sprayed everywhere. We like the motel and this is our second stay but it needs a more effective maintenance program

A great location to use as a base to explore the wider region. Many historical sites and buildings made this a great trip for history enthusiasts. Local food was excellent. Will come again and spend longer exploring family history.

It was close to the areas we wanted to visit but the distance from them also ensured it was a quiet neighbourhood. It was only a 10 minute drive south to Katoomba/Leura and 5-10 minutes drive north to Blackheath. There were plenty of food options within a short distance and we discovered the lovely Potbelly in Medlow Bath that had really tasty meals.

The property is modern on the inside, with well-appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and cosy shared sitting room. The breakfast was perfect and set us up for the day, with home-made yoghurt and muesli, warm croissants and muffins that arrive at your table in the comfortable lounge room. Views of the mountains make this a beautiful setting to enjoy a few days. We felt at peace from the inside out. Easy to find, well-lit even at night time. Added bonus: free wifi worked perfectly. One of my favourite ever places.

We loved the house garden and space. The hosts were generous in their provision of breakfast. The premises were pristine clean. We were greeted by the hosts warmly and then were left to our privacy. We would recommend this Annie's cottage as one of our best finds ever.
