Motels in Oklahoma City

The mattress was worn out. Very old.. so I had to tell the attendant she moved me to another room. I asked for a non-smoking when I reserved it. My room was very smelly like smoke. I woke up, teased the restroom. We had no light and no hot water.. so I reported it in the morning and the tenant told me she couldn’t do nothing about it that the manager was gone. I had to wait. She was on vacation watching her son’s game.. so my husband went to the office and he came back. I walked up to the office and requested somebody to come and help me.. I went back to my room and next thing you know my husband was changing who was getting ready. He was in his underwear and some woman just walked right in as he was in his underwear and I asked her who she was and she did not speak any English and she tried to tell me that she was the manager as I approach to her in Spanish.! which I shouldn’t have to speak Spanish good thing I knew how to speak it.! then I get a call from the front desk saying oh they fixed it. The water is working and you have light now you guys can take a shower which we had already been getting ready for church.. I will never be staying in another place like this again. I’ll take my money somewhere else.! They got a hold of the manager and I asked for my refund. They said that I’d get it back, but I had to ask for the place where I did my reservation.. That they can’t give it back to me .

Convenient to places we wanted to visit while in OKC. Also close to place for breakfast.

No breakfast available Perfect location for visiting Cowboy Museum however

I expected a little more of a breakfast but overall it was ok. The staff was really great. Good customer service and always a smile on their face. The cleanliness of the motel was ok other than the floors needed to be shampooed really bad. The curtains needed to be washed. The laundry facilities were clean but washer didn't spin and drain as it should. I got stuck with having to ring out my laundry before I could put them to dry, but my clothes did not fully dry. So ended up hanging the rest of the time. Oh and also motel room was infested with bed bugs.

Affordable for me & convenient

Close to McDonalds, gas station, hair salon n antique shop. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Loved the refrigerator/ freezer.

On arrival the room smelled terrible, the place looked dangerous, real getto. Property manager said they would cancel and refund purchase amount of$60.41. No refund was issued!! Very disappointed, will never use booking.com
