In Japan, it's not as taboo as the west and is still dealt with in a classy way. Yes there are advertisements for things you cab purchase and stuff in the room that can be used for a certain purpose which didn't bother us a jot. The amount of toiletries, towels, a robe, hair styling electronics completely outweighed anything else. Complimentary breakfast which was lovely, you can choose Japanese or western. It is about a 15-20 minute train ride from Osaka and then about a 10 minute walk but if you download the GO taxi app, you can get a taxi in minutes and is very reasonable if you have a lot of luggage.

However, a car is essential due to the hotel location. With the superior equipped room, it is an excellent choice for whatever the purpose for your stay.
