Lobby had ice cream treats and fresh flavored water when we arrived. Our room was spacious with a great balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shampoos, soaps and lotions were amazing!

This is where we always stay. Love the history of the building,the proximity to the riverwalk and the meals. The staff is always helpful and polite.

We liked that the hotel was right on the Riverwalk. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants and listen to music. The property was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! There were lots of options to choose from. Check in and out was easy, and the hotel was secure. I liked that a key was required for entry at all times. Luggage storage was available after my check-out, and they let me leave my car in the secure parking as well.

We’ve stayed here since you opened back up but I did notice that you were a bit understaffed for the 4th of July. No towels at the pool, only one wait person at the covered bar outside where the bartender had to wait on us. The shower in our bathroom Rm #319 needs grout cleaning. This is a beautiful hotel and it’s too soon since it’s opening to be ignored. Please take great care of our Plaza.
