Jan Thiel beach is a 3-minute walk. The neighborhood is great, and we felt very safe walking around, even early in the morning or late at night. Met some nice (solo) travelers during my stay which I enjoyed. It’s quiet by night and the wifi connection was really good. Best hostel of the Island, the staff is really friendly as well, it’s close to Jan Thiel beach and Tugboat beach.
