A beautiful old house with so many delightful features, sympathetically designed in a calm and relaxing colour pallette. Extremely comfortable bed, loved the spa bath and great shower. Anna and Rob made us very welcome, and we wished our stay was longer. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to nearby Cooperstown as recommended, and of course the fall foliage colour was splendid as we drove through. We struggled a bit navigating with our GPS but this is our first visit to the States and sometimes you find amazing places by getting lost!

The room that we stayed in was so stylish, beautiful, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really enjoyable and nice and we enjoyed a picture perfect view of the lake. The atmosphere is great and the place overall beautiful. The staff is very friendly and made you feel at home. The place overall is just gorgeous and the falls are not far to reach. No words can describe the views and surroundings. We had a great time staying there. Thank you very much to Carl and staff. We will highly recommend this place and will definitely come again.
