The room was immaculate - modern, clean, refreshing design, excellent A/C, gorgeous bathroom, various lighting options. United StatesWe arrived at Palazzo Velentino in Naples close to 11 PM and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. The staff was incredibly attentive…even at that late hour… they greeted us with waters, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. The room was super comfortable, clean, and had great air conditioning, which made our stay even more enjoyable during the summer heat.
After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring the city without having to carry our bags around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuinely thoughtful service in Naples!

CanadaEverything..... this is an amazing and extremely comfortable place to stay at an exc location. 5 mins walk from Central train station with lots of eating options nearby. Juices, soft drinks and snacks were a wonderful gesture and the prices charged for these were very nominal. We enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend this place.
