The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

Foggy Valley has been an amazing stay near the entrance to the zhangjiajie park. The staff were really nice and attentive. They offered us free transportation almost anywhere we needed. There are also 3 sweet cats and 2 dogs around that made our stay more enjoyable. 10/10 experience!

It was very cozy hotel. The owner picked us in airport and provided all full information about mountains, tickets and even food delivery. We felt like we were at home, it was warm hospitality, full information support, ticket providing and yes, very tasty breakfast. The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people I even know. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel. One more bonus: there birds sing song in early morning what made your morning magical.

Beautifully located and very nice and quiet rooms. The staff were all so nice, told us everything about the area and how to get there and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Even when we had to leave early ti catch the train they had a take away breakfast ready for us. Totally recommend!

If you are wondering where to stay for visiting the National Park, this is the place to be. The West entrance is the perfect starting point because you will go against the flow of tourists and have some hiking paths for yourself. Furthermore, Lukas is an amazing host and helped us to organise our tours incl. tickets for the parks and transportation . We were really enjoying the stay in this hotel and we highly recommend it.

This is wonderful cozy hotel, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Good location, close to all the attractions. Good breakfast. But the main diamond of this hotel is the assistant at the reception, whose name is Lee, very honest and nice person , we wanted to express our deep gratitude to him for his attention to us, for his help, advice and recommendations, without him our trip would not have been so comfortable. Thank you owner Chen and cleaning/cooking lady who made it feels like home.

The accommodation was very comfortable, and the family members all liked it quite well. The service was excellent, patient, and fully considered the customers' feelings. A pick-up service was arranged. Although the hotel facilities were not the highest level, they were sufficient and very comfortable and clean. There was a washing machine and a dryer provided. On the first day, we just went for a stroll nearby. The food was very convenient. There was also a gym available for exercise in the evening. What I liked the most was the mixed Chinese and Western breakfast, which was very rich and had many choices. For a price of around 300 yuan, the cost-effectiveness was extremely high and very reasonable...
