Lots of space, two bathrooms, everything you may need to cook or just enjoy your meal (or "aperitivo") on the rooftop, while a refreshing wind blows around you in the sofa. Service was excellent, some issues with parking were ironed out with a WhatsApp message. There's a bike you can ride which will allow you to quickly zip around the town in case you may need something. It's also few meters from the border for visiting Gibraltar. The marina is huge, with plenty of space to park and additional facilities like self-laundry, and the sight seeing frome the house boat is charming. So, definitely recommend, and by the way, the smaller houses look great as well.
