The apartment is ideal for those who, while staying in a totally renovated apartment equipped with all modern comforts, want to try the experience of living in a classic, typical building of the years 40/50, one of those celebrated by great films directors like Federico Fellini (La Dolce Vita) or Dino Risi (La trilogia di Poveri ma belli); it is no coincidence that the San Lorenzo District has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The original entrance from the gallery, albeit through a modern private external elevator that can be accessed from the communal courtyard, recalls the typical characteristics of the "railing houses" of some large Italian cities, of which rare examples have remained in the center of Rome and of Milan. The apartment is on the fourth and last floor, which is why it is very bright and quiet.
