After several months of work, we open our doors once again, April 2020, with a fully refurbished building and entirely new funiture, to make sure that our clients have the most comfortable stay while in the city. There is WiFi service included in every apartment and common areas. Our apartments have an ample living room area, where you will find a 43 inches Smart Television, a sofa-bed, dining area and central airconditioning for your pleasure. You will also find a modern kitchen that comes with a microwave, fridge and a washing/drying unit. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that can fit up to 4, 5 and 6 guests. You will also find each apartment equipped with kitchenware and cleaning products. Cleaning service in the apartments is made every 7 days by our staff, and in case of needing any extras, you can always go to our Front Desk where our receptionists will be glad to help accommodate your needs at an extra fee, and also provide you with a change of the linen goods when needed.

The apartment complex Iberflat Vega de Triana is located right at the exit of the SE30 highway and only 10 minutes away by car from Seville’s city center. The complex is situated in a quiet area, 15 minutes walking distance from the San Juan Bajo Metro Station and 2 minutes walking distance from the nearest bus stops that can take you to either the City Center or the surrounding towns in case of desiring to go exploring on your own. Among other attractions, you will find that the theme park called Isla Magica is located at a 10 minutes driving distance.
