The Isle of Skye's newest guest house is opening Feb 2022 - located just a stone's throw from the iconic Isle of Skye bridge, we're an ideal base for exploring both the island and the mainland.

The former majestic MacKinnon House and Lodge has had a new lease of life brought into with a full refurbishment of all rooms. With a nod to our Scottish routes, each ensuite bedroom has been tastefully decorated to bring the colours of the Highlands indoors. Brand new fitted bathrooms have also been installed in each room.

You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to exploring our home. On the Isle of Skye itself, there's an endless list of historic attractions to visit, mountains and munros to conquer, seas and rivers to admire and local villages and towns to enjoy. The Fairy Pool, Dunvegan Castle, Portree, Talisker Distillery, Old Man of Storr, Quiraing and Neist Point are just a few of the bucket list places that are a must to visit and can all be reached in just over an hour. Back on the mainland, Eilean Donan Castle is just a 10 minute drive away and the picturesque village of Plockton which is a must-visit and is just a 20 minute drive away.
