Our reception is open 24 hours, equipped with friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Kindly note the accommodation is accessible via stairs only. Therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests under the age of 18 have to be accompanied by an adult. Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout this property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 100 in cleaning costs. Guests who wish to pay for their reservation in cash must pay a GBP 100 deposit on arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Holtwhites Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it.
