It combines savoury and sweet treats that honour the noble tradition but brings playful flavours together to give it a twist for today. Pearly Cow is there for when something more substantial is needed. Pearly Cow is a new restaurant at 1, Clifton that is devoted to respecting what thrives nearby – the herds, breeds, crops, and catches that sum up the area’s flavour. The produce of land and sea we source is strictly the best – the wildest. Breakfast is light, hearty, or kick-starting with oysters and spiced-as-you-like bloody Marys. Lunch and dinner feature star ingredients in classics, interpretations, sharing dishes, and divine desserts. And kids have their own Pearly Calves menu.
