The dorm was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I could hardly hear the road from inside, that's so rare! There's a large storage locker which fits everything, and you're provided with a key to lock it. The "capsule" has standing room, and there's a screen for privacy. The dorm and its bathroom were really clean, and there were free water bottles for guests. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. The old town is walking distance, and there are eateries and smoothie places just around the corner. Walking by the river was lovely.

The staff was amazing - shoutout to Som and to the guy by the bar (I'm sorry I forgot your name buddy!) who was absolutely amazing and made sure the guests were comfortable and had everything we need.
