United KingdomStayed 4 nights during Mardi Gras. Hostel was great value, and has good social feel. I think the management have learned from previous bad reviews. Staff were polite and helpful. They now allow you to wait in reception area - before and after your CheckIn/Out. Entrance area nicely decorated.

The kitchen is fully equipped, very clean and roomy. The bathrooms are always kept clean with many clean towels. There are a lot of seats/sofas in the lounge and dining room. I like everything in this hostel. It is the best hostel that I have been in USA so far. Thanks to the manager and all staff working in the hostel.
