Our flight was delayed to Honolulu so we missed out on two days of our stay, however, the staff was very understanding and did not cancel our reservation. We were already so stressed being stuck in Sydney, but the helpfulness of the hostel helped relive that. We are so grateful. The tours they organise too, are so sick! very organised, fun and cheap.
