The air conditioning worked well for us, but there's an additional conditioner added that may be used, the room and the bathroom was very clean and the stay was enjoyable. The location is great as well. The storefront is finished and it's a cute little shop.

Ubicado a a pocos pasos de Playa de Tanjung Bungah, Sea Lion by the beach ofrece un jardín, salón compartido y alojamiento con aire acondicionado, patio y wifi gratis. The house was clean and staff was extremely helpful. It is a bit far from georgetown but easy to reach there by bus. You can also reach national park by bus too so no need to pay big moneys for grab. Highly recommend

I stayed in two guesthouse in penang and I wish I could have stayed here for the whole trip. The place is quiet and clean. I had very good sleep there and the host trusts guest's independence, with clear instructions but not restrictions so I feel like at home. The staff (basically the cats) are so friendly. I could stay there and be with them whole day. The duck meat eatery next door is popular among locals and full of people in the morning. A must try. The free bicycle is a plus.
