Holiday Inn Express - Nice - Grand Arenas offers accommodation with a bar and private parking. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Crowne Plaza hotel next door — a very pleasant surprise. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated how close it was to the airport, yet thanks to an efficient noise barrier, it was perfectly quiet throughout our stay. The train station was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which made getting around very easy. On days when the train was delayed — sometimes quite significantly — the nearby bus service turned out to be just as convenient and reliable.

This hotel was an excellent choice! Close to the beach and the tram (to Monaco, Cannes), but also to the best restaurants (i.e., Le Negresco). The staff was very friendly.
