After 2 weeks of traveling Japan with our two kids and stopping at hotels, this house was our opportunity to get embedded into "real" Japanese life - doing groceries, some cooking, etc. We loved the experience, and the house is just fabulous - spacious, beautiful, with all infrastructure you need. We can highly recommend this place for families!

Rinn Shiki Juraku provides accommodation located 1.7 km from the centre of Kyoto and offers a bar and a shared lounge. Absolutely loved the character and charm of the hotel, the facilities, the lounge area for breakfast/evening drinks, ease of use of the washer/dryer that was there. The hotel was in a quiet residential section of Kyoto, yet access to Nijo Castle, the Imperial Palace and downtown Kyoto was very easy and within a 15 minute walk. Access to the train stations and Uber/Taxi's were equally easy. Amazing local restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel - highly recommend Daigan around the corner for an amazing sushi with an engaging/entertaining/welcoming chef.

Set 1.3 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum and 1.5 km from Nijo Castle in the centre of Kyoto, Corner6 offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet area, comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. If there is a mirror in the toilet on the first floor, it will be perfect.

In the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, close to Sanjusangen-do Temple, Rinn Kiyomizu Gojo Machiya features a garden and a washing machine. Great location and style of the building

In the Ukyo Ward district of Kyoto, close to Arashiama Bamboo Grove, 谷町君・星屋・談山旅館 京都嵐山 has a garden and a washing machine. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The staff waited for us to arrive and assist us with check-in even though we forgot to update them on our arrival timing. The room itself was really nice and comfortable, facilities and heating was really good. Staff was very friendly and the interior design of the room was very traditionally Japanese.

Kyo no oozora FUKA features accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of Kyoto, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. Property is well designed and amenities were good

In the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Rinn Tsukinowa has a garden and a washing machine. It was an amazing property and furnished very nice. We enjoyed the rooms, bathroom, living room, pyjamas ( haha ) and eveything. If we return to Kyoto, we will not stay at any other place. Rinn Tsukimowa impressed us very much ! It is a high quality place. I highly recommend!
