Beautiful apartment with nice view across the valley. Very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and coffee was provided. It was a bit of a walk up the hills (recommend you use the donkey service both ways), but was so peaceful in the morning and during our midday rest. We were glad we were not “in town.” Loved sitting on the patio- especially in the evening. Our hostess was wonderful and could not be more helpful for all our needs. We loved this place. I was told that “Hydra is a vacation from your Greek vacation,” and this place had it all!

We loved this place. It’s huge and extremely well renovated, and the family was super helpful. We were there in February, but the place warmed up nicely. We enjoyed looking out at the water and my daughter loved sitting in the window and reading.

Very nice apartment with a lovely balcony and view to the mountains. It is a little walk from the harbour, about 12 min, but then you stay in a quiet area away from busy streets around the harbour. We found fresh fruits and wine prepared ehen we arrived, that was great after a boat trip. The owner is super friendly and came to meet us close to harbour and helped with suitcase.

Everything about my experience staying at Aori Guesthouse was amazing. Panagiotis was truly the best host. Always very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The place is just as shown in the photos, with a beautiful terrace and all the amenities that one could need. It was very useful to have a washing machine available to use. My friends and I had a very comfortable stay here and if I ever come back to Hydra, I would definitely stay here again. I would advise future guests to ask for two keys right away, as the electricity is operated by a key card, and if you want to put the laundry on while going out to explore, you can only do so if you have a second key.

The breakfast that Tzina left us was perfect! My mom had the coffee, my little brother had the melon & I had the white wine. All while enjoying a delicious piece of baklava we'd ordered from one of the local bakeries. =) But the winner here is definitely that remarkable display you get from the top balcony of the house. I mean - WOW! The picturesque port of Hydra, the scenic sunset right before dusk, the shimmering stars at night...doesn't matter the time of day, you'll always have a breathtaking view from up there, even if you're inside the house looking through the windows from the couch or while lying in bed! Photos could never do this scene any justice.

Nelly's Coastal Family House ligger ved stranden i Hydra, kun mindre end 1 km fra Paralia Vlichos Strand. Her er en have, en terrasse og gratis wi-fi. Nellys coastal home was fantastic, the home was very clean and neat with an incredible view of the ocean and the mountains. It had all we needed to cook some light meals at home or whip up a greek frappe. We just loved the location outside the port and the sunsets were out of this world.
