The Cabins - House of Juniper, a property with a bar, is set in Broadford, 14 km from Kyle of Lochalsh, 27 km from Eilean Donan Castle, as well as 26 km from Museum of the Isles. Gorgeous cabins, lovely modern interior. Great kitchen facilities, beach maybe 5 mins walk. We loved it a lot. Great to take your dog, too, he felt like home.

Waking up with the view of the misty mountains was magical. The forest sorrounding it made for a great nocturnal walk. The wooden interior and the mcDonald tartan sofas makes you feel incredibly cozy. I loved the books about Skye’s history. It helped a lot to immerse more in an already magical place. The staff was also great and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay a very short walk from the middle of Portree and the bus station. It's a really quiet place, you can hear footsteps from the shop above but it's only during business hours. I was outside most of the time so it's not really an issue. The place is stocked up wonderfully, I planned on hiking a lot and it was great having a lot of breakfast options already in the fridge. The place generally is super comfortable and well maintained.

This is a wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It's a little off the beaten path, but not secluded or hard to find. We really wish we could have stayed longer.
