Absolutely beautfiul resort with an amazing spa that was quiet and not crowded at all. Breakfast was exceptionally good too. Enjoyed every bit :)

Perfect place to stay for a night in between flights. Just in front of the airport, there is a spacious parking area in front of the hotel. Cosy and clean rooms with good beds.

Centrally located close to the train and bus station. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice size room and bathroom.

The breakfast was very good; they had quite a selection of foods and beverages. The room was adequate for a single person. I stayed here twice; once at the beginning of the trip for 3 nights and for one night before I left Warsaw. The hotel is within about 2 miles of the airport - an easy drive. It also sits near bus routes that will take you down to the trams, which then get you into the city center a little easier. There are small kebap (kebab) restaurants nearby; I recommend checking them out. Also, there are several grocery stores, some within easy walking distance. I would advise travelers to ask for a room back from the main road - there is traffic into the early evening. Parking was free and near the front entrance. The lot did fill up at times but was not a problem for me. Bathroom was clean and the shower quite good. Hotel staff were wonderful and were able to speak basic English!

The front desk was the first excellent service received promet service. The staff members are the best in all hotels I visited in krakaw The vipes of the room were perfect . If you have your own car or are aware of the transportation system, I do recommend the hotel .

Good location with easy access to different parts of the city.

I loved how well the entire property design was curated, how close it was to the major train station in Krakow, as well only a 10-15 min walk to old town.
