There's nothing less than outstanding in this hotel. Customer service is impeccable. The room is spacious and the tub inside it is wonderful. The bed is comfortable and anything you can think of will be made true by the staff. I ordered from the spa package a 90 minute massage in the room that was great.

The hotel is very new and clean. Everything in the room is flawless. The staffs are very welcoming and pleasant. The whole hotel is very relaxing, from the lobby to the pool. Walking distance to the pub street. We weren't able to taste the breakfast included since our tour started so early but they offered to pack us some breakfast meal.

Recommended by a friend, my first time at this hotel was a positive experience. The room, while small, was beautiful and clean, offering good value. The reception service was fantastic, and the tuk tuk driver was nice. Enjoyed the good breakfast and amazing staff. Loved the pool. It's a fabulous hotel that I recommend. One area to consider could be offering more breakfast options. Great amenities and service overall.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is ideally placed in the city center. The surroundings are filled with various coffee shops, including Brown Coffee. The hotel features a large and well-maintained swimming pool, along with a cozy and inviting bed. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and the balcony provided a breathtaking view. The level of service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff available to assist guests. Additionally, the buffet restaurant offered a fantastic selection of flavorful dishes.

Jungle Addition mempunyai kolam renang luaran, taman, teres dan restoran di Phnom Penh. Hotel 4-bintang mempunyai WiFi percuma dan bar. Jungle Addition exceeded expectations! It was exactly (or maybe even better) than the published photos (usually it’s the other way around, as properties often publish very outdated or retouched photos). The facilities were amazing. The jungle-like vegetation and decoration makes this hotel a true oasis in the middle of the city. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had a very good bathroom as well (which was not displayed in Booking.com pictures so we were pleasantly surprised to find a completely separated shower - not so common in Southeast Asia). The staff was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us with a refreshing beverage and cold towels during check-in. Pool-side restaurant/bar service was also excellent with great options for lunch/dinner but also great breakfast - although it is not buffet, you can choose from a decent size list of options (some more western some more Asian) and request as many items and as many times you want. As a nice plus, guests can access the facilities of another nearby hotel: pool (which we did not use so we cannot rate) and fitness center (which was very well equipped with some machines, a great rack with bumpers up to 25kg and also all the fractionals, dumbbells up to 14kgs, AC, complementary water, etc). We could not really ask for more. Highly recommended!

It was all I could ever ask for. It is so close to the night market, gift shops, spas, pubs and the amenities were top-notch! The staff were all so kind! They will always help you with genuine hearts! The receptionists were all amazing! The service staff were super helpful. The manager is so amazing and he ensures I am having the best experience!

We had a very special time at Anansaya: from the pickup in the airport to everyday interaction with the staff. What sets this hotel apart is the personal treatment and little details (such as a coconut on the way from the airport to the hotel). I was amazed that the owner David was talking to all guests and knew our names. The hotel is very new, the room was spacious, with a balcony and a pool view. We got a complimentary bootle of wine and a fruit plate, laundry and a tuk tuk to the city is also free. Every day we had a breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. The hotel organised a great guide for us to go to Angkor Wat, which is a must if you're in Siem Reap. People working there are very nice and accommodating, we felt very welcome and special.
