My partner and I took a room with a balcony for two nights. The room was extra clean and extra big. The balcony was clean and big too, with a dining table and chairs. Bed was comfortable. There were water bottles in the minibar for free, bathrobes and slippers in the closet. Breakfast was great! Staff was amazing, helpful and super kind! We could not stay for the breakfast on the second morning, so they made an extra effort and packed the breakfast for us to take away:) Great location! Walking distance from the city center. 2-4 minutes walk to the train station.

The staff, the room, the breakfast. They covered every detail to make our stay unforgettable. I would really recommend to stay on this hotel and I would definitely would do it again. The locations is pretty good, It was centric but not too crowded so you can walk and there is life in the neighborhood. Its near all the attractions. Do it, book this hotel and you wont regret.

Good stuff. Parking is very easy. Although they charge money for this. Especially Elena at the breakfast room was very kind.

Cozy balcony with a view to the courtyard. The facility was very clean. Seems like newly renovated. Friendly and helpful staff. Beddings and towels were changed every day. Easy access to everything. Spanish Steps were literally meters away.
