Staff is excellent and very nice, helpful - it felt like "coming home". Hotel and facilities are 5 stars + and breakfast a true joy as was dinners and amenities. But staff was the best I have experienced (and I tyravel alot).

Everything inside is clean, fresh, new, it is very quiet in the rooms, the bed is comfortable, there is a smart TV, the lobby is great, location is also great, 5 minutes away from U1 line and the bus for the airport stops right in front of the hotel. Staff were very friendly. It was a delightful stay really!

Le Parc was fantastic! the restaurant and bar were perfect after the difficult and exhausting training day. the food at the restaurant is of exceptional quality. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was impeccably clean with a comfy bed. the bathroom was perfect and equipped with everything we needed. we were very happy with our stay, and will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. thank you, Le Parc!!!

Getting into the hotel was easy, the whole process is automated and easy to understand.We really liked the location and the room we have been in, it had a good layout had enough room and was very clean.
