The inexperienced reception person treated my son and me like we were checking into a Marriott or a lesser-caliber hotel. When I asked about the iPferer rewards, I was disregarded since I booked last minute through bookiing.com... which I only had to do since your customer service rep quoted about fifty dollars more for the single night than online. The worst part was that I had asked for a quieter location and the best location for a single night experience when the hotel wasn't packed. He said 'sure,' then put us on the second floor, in the first room, practically from the elevator area. A joke. How is that good customer service?? He didn't care. Even worse, I am an ADA guest and on a mobility device so I wasn't going to waster time and complain and go back downstairs to complain about his poor judgement. A very disappointing stay, with a dirty shower and a musty hallway. Shocked.

Beautiful spacious room. Super clean. The layout of the bathroom... one can have privacy to use the bathroom while others can still use the sink area. The location was amazing for Fenway Park. The very high quality steamer and hair dryer were really appreciated.

FAQs about hotels in Boston

Where Everybody Knows Your Name

One of the oldest and most historic US cities, Boston is known as "America’s Walking City". In its heart, next to 18th-century Faneuil Hall, is Quince Market - a food haven. In the nearby seaport, you can take a whale-watching trip or dine at one of the many restaurants serving a Boston specialty: lobster with melted butter.

The streets south of the peaceful Charles River in Back Bay are lined with Victorian brownstone houses. At the downtown end of one – Beacon Street – is the Cheers bar, modeled on the 80's sitcom. Opposite is Boston Common, a large park with a bronze sculpture celebrating the book "Make Way for Ducklings". The golden dome of the House of Representatives is by the other end.

The oldest part is Charlestown and streets around the Bunker Hill obelisk still feature old-style gas lamps, though now they are electric. Over in Cambridge, Harvard is the USA’s oldest and most prestigious university. The campus is open to the public, as is Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), whose central point is an emblematic, Pantheon-like building.

Sport in Boston is also a big thing, with the Celtics and Red Sox among the city’s big name teams.

The largest New England city, Boston has the perfect size for walking and cycling. Logan International Airport is connected by public transport to Boston hotels, motels, apartments and B&Bs.

the location was nice, the room very small, but comfortable. I did not like the fact that when you list the hotel you make appear as that parking is part of the reservation and it is not. I had to pay for parking, and it was very expensive.

Lovely city on the water. Historical boat trip well worth the money (1 hour). Trip up the Pru Tower well worth it and for those of a certain age, Cheers Bar well worth the visit. An evening at the very new South Boston for lively bars ands restaurants recommended.

There is so much to see in Boston.

There is so much to see in Boston. It is a city which one can walk around. We had fun dining at the "Cheers" bar and visiting the bay where the Boston Tea Party took place. I loved the Italian quarter, where Paul Revere's house is situated. I could have spent a week just sampling all the Italian food at the many restaurants there. Look out for the free municipal buses, but don't worry if you have to use the subway. It only costs a few dollars. Enjoy!

Boston is a pretty city, which is with a less population than New York, and rich history and culture atmosphere. I do not like there is not some special tour for a visitor who visited Boston several times. I mean ,that I want to revisit Bosto after seeing the film “It end up with us”. so maybe someone might design some trail new? I visited a neighborhood named with emerald necklace, and it is really nice and fit for living.and i like that part of Boston.i went there by incidentally, while no one refer it to me.

Boston is an easy city to get around as the underground and buses are convenient and frequent. You can access many trips from here and I really enjoyed my ferry trip and tour to Salem. Friendly city which has a really safe feel to it with many great bakeries and Quincy market has a variety of food vendors.

We did not eat breakfast in the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a most convenient location in the center of downtown Boston. It was expensive relative to the facilities that the hotel has to offer - but I guess you have to take account of the expensive location. However, the hotel was in line with my prior expectations and so I was not disappointed.

Very convenient for getting around Boston, right next to the ‘T’ and better value than the regular downtown hotels. Some of which had strikes during our stay, but no problems here. We did have a king room as I’d read others can be small for a couple.
