Owner Gerda was most helpful in advising on the best hiking routes and local restaurants. We had a problem with our rental car and Gerda's help was invaluable in resolving the situation. I cannot thank her enough!

The rural setting including the obligatory cow with bell. The views were beautiful. Our host was very lovely. Providing us with fresh milk, eggs and bread rolls for breakfast. Simply delicious. Our host's recommendations for local cuisine were outstanding. If you like German food you must try the Knappenstube located in an old mine museum.

Every day something new, the owner checked with us every day how the breakfast was and if/what we wanted for the day after. You should definitely try it. The place was spotless. Extremely clean and well maintained. We felt home.
