The staff is really friendly and helpful. This is nice family business that shows up all the love they have for it and their customers. They are ecofriendly: metal straws, water bottle refill, no plastic cups, etc. They offer a family dinner with traditional local food that is tasty and fun, this makes you feel like visiting your friends' house; the rest of the food is also tasty. They offer the best tours of the zone with very competitive prices and arrange your busses to north or south Vietnam. I will visit Phong Nha and stay in the same place for sure.

Phong Nha Magic Fingers Homestay and Spa se encuentra en Phong Nha y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y acceso a un jardín con piscina al aire libre. We were able to check in at 4 am for a small fee of 150k dong after our overnight bus arrived, which was amazing! Sy picked us up for no charge and took us back to the homestay. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is free breakfast in the morning with choice of water or other beverage (small if you are a big breakfast person, but it was perfect for me since I don’t have much of an appetite in the morning). I got acupuncture and a massage and it was great! I recommend requesting either Sy or his wife do the massage because they are the most experienced. You get 20% off of massage services if you stay at the homestay. We were able to rent a motorbike for 1/2 day since it was raining for a fee of 75k dong plus the cost of gas. You can also pay with card for everything at the end of your stay (with a 3% fee) this was helpful for us to conserve our cash and get some credit card points. He helped us book a bus to Hue and even drove us to meet the bus on the main road. He was very helpful, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Phong Nha.

This is the best place ever! The owner of this place is the most helpful person we have ever had. He waited and picked us up at 4am when we arrived (for free) and dropped us off for free when we left. He helped me plan my activities and let us check in at 4am even though he only charged us for one night. The accommodation itself was amazing, the bed and room was very comfortable, clean with strong air conditioning as well as a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful view. They also gave me a great breakfast. It is best to encourage anyone who comes to Phong Nha to stay at The Hill Villas

Phong Nha Tuan Garden House se encuentra en Phong Nha y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año, wifi gratis, jardín y terraza. Es un lugar familiar en donde te ayudan con absolutamente todo, podes pagar con tarjeta para comer, ellos se encargan del transporte, te organizan todo, muy solidarios. La piscina estaba súper limpia. Las camas son lo más cómodo de Vietnam, ducha amplia, agua caliente perfecto. Es toda una familia donde todos son muy buenos, hasta el pequeñito se nos acercaba a darnos amor! Hahaha

Phong Nha Green Homestay tiene vistas a la ciudad y está en Phong Nha. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. The family are SO kind and helpful and definitely the highlight of my visit here. The facilities are clean, scooters for hire, good breakfast, great location!!!
