The owner was very pleasant person. The apartment was located in the lower part of a large villa where the owners live. Even so, it felt very private and the accommodation had its own entrance. From the balcony there was a nice view of the valley and the opposite hill.

This guest apartment is located nicely for walking to local restaurants and an easy drive to surrounding destinations. The kitchen area had a variety of utensils, if you wish to prepare a simple meal and the bed was great. Everything was neat and clean, with easy communication. Street noise was noticeable only on the weekend and fairly well mitigated when windows are closed. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay! Valina is a great host. It was amazing to stay in a Ti Kai. This building was moved from another area and restored. I read about this by accident in a book called 'Still Standing'.There is no ac, but there is a powerful fan and with the windows open, you get a great through breeze. The garden is fantastic and full of birds: tea/ beer in the garden after a day sightseeing was fab! Lots of things to see nearby with the Portsmouth/ Marigot bus stopping at the bottom of the road. Thanks for a great visit.

The location was lovely, a short walk to the ocean, a good restaurant/bar across the street, and super close to the airport. The host was really friendly and welcoming, and arranged for an early AM airport pickup for us. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

We loved the location, the view, the beach nearby, the main roads a short drive away, the proximity to Pagua Bay. We also like the natural bug repellent and cream for bites available. The mosquito net was a big plus.

    I chose the location for the beach front access and it did not disappoint. 10 steps and you are in the water. To keep sand out of the villa, they replaced our foot bath daily. The sounds of the crashing waves at nighttime made for much better sleep.
