The staff are all so welcoming and the level of customer service is what I would expect at a much more expensive hotel. I worked in the hotel industry for many years and I was genuinely very impressed with the thought, care and kindness that the staff show to all guests. Thank you so much ka. Location was good for me as I don't care about being close to the malls. I liked the local area very much and there were some good restaurants and a 24 hour laundromat close. It was a $2 cab ride to the main city centre. Rooms were very comfortable and the bed was great.

Everything is great. We really love the hospitality here. The place is clean and wide enough for 4 of us. The hosts are nice and allow us to check in 2 hours earlier. We love the view, our room is facing the pool where we can chill around at night too. Recommended! Love it 😘❤️
