Kohapeal on lift.... Really nice place to stay. We only had one night before leaving for Italy, but would have loved to stay for a week. Very transparant new style apartment, where everything is easy to find.

Property was a nice bit of luxury and space with a serviceable gym and got a room upgrade to the lakeside rooms, drinks on patio and nice breakfast. The room is expansive with nice balcony looking over the lake.

Established in 1887, the 5-star Splendide Royal with its turn-of-the-century character is Lugano's most fashionable hotel, located on Lugano's lakeside main street. What impressed me the most was the eye for detail. For example: a nice case for the tv remote, a leather stool for your purse at dinner, giant curtains that open and close air tight with adjustable ropes that are super easy to manage… we got upgraded to one of the big rooms with a balcony right on the lake. The staff are beyond friendly and I love the old fashioned, palace-style decor.

It is the 3rd or 4th time that we stay at the hotel and we would not change. Everything is perfect - staff so kind, excellent location, clean, amazing breakfast

Situated in Riazzino, 8.9 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Dorint Resort & Spa Locarno-Riazzino - New Opening features accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. I would especially like to note the hospitality and the high quality of service provided by the hotel's restaurant staff. Fascinating comments on dishes and serving them in a friendly manner significantly promoted the new cuisine of Switzerland for us.
