The best thing for us was the self-check-in device, we found it really useful given that we arrived pretty late at night. Also the assistance from the staff was quick, helpful and everyone was kind. Perfect location for hiking and exploring - really beautiful views of the mountains from the communal area. Staff were also amazing! Isabel was lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. Sebastian was also a great help, allowing us to hang out our wet tent in the laundry area ☺️
