Clean place, really nice scent, the rooms were cozy and cute. The best thing for us was the self-check-in device, we found it really useful given that we arrived pretty late at night. Also the assistance from the staff was quick, helpful and everyone was kind. Will surely come back!

Well situated in the Pradl district of Innsbruck, pradl elf my- apartment is set 1.3 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck, 1.1 km from Innsbruck Central Station and 1.1 km from State Museum of Tyrol -... Perfect location for hiking and exploring - really beautiful views of the mountains from the communal area. Staff were also amazing! Isabel was lovely, very friendly and extremely helpful. Sebastian was also a great help, allowing us to hang out our wet tent in the laundry area ☺️
