Staff were lovely, room was fabulous (they even upgraded us when they heard about the ordeal we had had at the airport with a cancelled flight). The rooms are a generous size and easily accommodated two large double beds. Bathroom very big too. The location is great and gives easy access, via the tram to The Luxor and Mandalay hotels.
